ABB UNS2881B-P.V1 (Part No.: 3BHE009319R0001) is a high-performance Measuring Unit Board (MUB) developed by ABB for power electronics and industrial automation. Primarily applied to UNITROL 5000 excitation systems, ACS 6000 medium-voltage frequency converters and Relion® 615 series protection relays, it delivers millisecond-level high-precision analog sampling, grid synchronization and signal transmission, serving as a core front-end module for closed-loop control and safety monitoring in power systems.

Equipped with a 32-bit RISC processor and 16-bit high-speed ADC, this module adopts 4-layer high-temperature resistant PCB. Operating on 24VDC power supply, it completes synchronous scanning of voltage, current and temperature across 16 channels within 1 millisecond. Data can be transmitted to the main control CPU via optical fiber or RS-485 interface, providing SIL 2 compliant safety monitoring and high-accuracy closed-loop control for generator excitation, HVDC converter valves and energy storage PCS systems.
