The ABB PFCL201C 10KN belongs to ABB Pressductor PillowBlock load cell family, designed for vertical force component measurement in strip/web tension control systems. Adopting Pressductor magnetoelastic measurement principle, it realizes non-contact force detection without mechanical wear, maintaining stable precision under long-cycle industrial operation.

Machined from a single stainless steel block, PFCL201C 10KN features outstanding overload, shock and impact resistance. The encapsulated internal electronics deliver strong dustproof and anti-corrosion performance with IP67 protection grade, suitable for harsh mill environments such as galvanizing lines and pickling lines. This 10kN PillowBlock sensor works together with ABB PFEA111 / PFEA112 tension amplifiers to send tension signal to PLC and DCS systems for closed-loop web tension control.
